Please take note of the following :

We are an online store. Therefore, we do not keep stock on hand.
Orders for stock are placed with the suppliers once payment is received. Your order will not be processed without payment.

Stocks is subject to supplier availability.

The lead times are as follows
7 to 14 working days on normal orders
7 to 10 working days on personalized items.

These are just guidelines to assist if there are any delays.

Exchange Policy

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return. Your item must be unused and in the same condition as it was received and in the original packaging.

Refunds

Any returns for a product due to customer dissatisfaction with a finish (that is not our fault) will not be refunded.

Please note we try to provide accurate images of colors and designs of our products. Actual colors and designs may vary slightly from pictures on our advertisements due to different enhancing photography images from suppliers for their advertising and device screen settings. We do not accept responsibility for any color or design differences that are not factory faults. In purchasing from us, you agree to accept the small risk that there will be a slight variation between the actual color and design and the representation on our adverts. In addition, please be aware that colors and textured finishes often vary between manufacturers , for example, slightly different colors. Shades of white , green , etc, and different looks and feel of materials. Any returns for a product due to customer dissatisfaction with a finish (that is not our fault) will not be refunded.
